The Attendance Monitoring System (AMS) primarily aims to automate the entire attendance taking process on a daily basis for the employees. Through this system, the employees will be able to enter their daily attendance record using a barcode reader. This will speed up the attendance taking process as well as facilitate efficient storage of data. The application will also facilitate the management with a certain collection of query related reports.

The HMS is a highly automated system for Hotel / Restaurant Billing, Visitors Record and Accounting with detailed reports generated about the visitors and rooms. The program has got powerful features to take care of all requirements of a Hotel and serves as a complete Hotel Management system.

Mobile Bill Generation Application
An application to generate monthly bills for the post-paid subscribers of a telecom operator. It also has the facility to receive the payment from the customers, using a payment gateway.

Retail billing
An application that will automate the generation of Retail bill of any departmental store for any customer. It also has the facility to receive the payment from the customers, using a payment gateway, maintaining stock of the various items that are available, reorder level related warning messages, generation of a day end report of all the transactions that have taken placed.

Video Library Application
A video library needs to maintain a record of its customers and the rental transactions in a database. This application computerizes its rental system. As and when the discs are rented, they need to be recorded through an invoicing system. Every transaction records an invoice number, which is generated automatically, scheduled date of return, actual date of return and fine amount if required. The scheduled date of return is the date on which the disc is rented plus two days. If the disc is not returned by the scheduled date, then a fine is levied.

Online Education Forum
This is an web based application that represents a forum of teachers and students. It enables the participants to communicate with each other to share the views and solve problems. This would be a website built on J2EE .It follows a three tier architecture.

Online Emergency Service Providing System:
This software automates most of the tedious jobs related with the City Management. Each time a recipient orders for a emergency service either he has to order it by telephone or he himself has to go to the service provider. Our intention is to provide the people with a solution to get rid of this kind of hazards. For these purpose there will be a computerized system, in form of a website. This intern will save the time as well as cost wasted during manual searching for an emergency service. In this way the customer will get rid of searching their required emergency service here and there at a critical time. The recipient can register in website and search for a specific service to various service providers in the city. There will be a notification to the specific service provider. It will also display the location of the recipient in the map. This online emergency service providing system will save a lot of time and money at a critical situation .This will be the most important feature of the proposed software.

An automation system for “ADVANCE ENTERPRISE”, an electronic showroom, required a software for the processes in a Electronic Shop. This Software will run on any Computer having Windows. It will have a unique data entry system and a printing module that will help to print the bills which is to deliver to the customer to provide a better customer service. It will print the product list and many other items. The most important feature will be the query builder. It will help the user to develop his / her queries based on certain search parameters. It also keeps the records of all of the employees and suppliers, items and their values with full information’s. It will also stores any other information which can be required by the management. It should be capable of Emailing. It should be capable of maintaining the records of the payments made by a customer. It should be able to generate and Email the money receipts to the various customers.

Shopping Plaza Automation System
A shopping plaza, BIGBAZAR situated at Raghunathpur near Teghoria required a software to automate their tele shopping system, employee payroll, generating bill and order placement facility. This software should be capable of automating most of the processes in a Shopping Plaza. This Software will run on any Computer having Windows . It will have a unique data entry system that will help the operator to feed the entire bio-data and photograph of an employee whether he/she is fulltime or part time and details of the customer and the supplier. There will be a printing module that will help to print the money receipt by generating the bills which will has to deliver to the customer and to print bills which will be given to the supplier and to print the product list. It will provide a better customer service, confirmation of ordering of products, confirmation of home delivery of the ordered products, and delivery note . The most important feature will be the queries builder. It will help the user to develop his / her queries based on certain search parameters. It should keep the records of all of the employees and suppliers, products and their prices, stock information. It will also stores any other information which can be required by the management. It is capable of sending Email to the customers by confirming the correct order placing. It is capable of maintaining the records of the payments made by a customer. It is also capable of generating and giving the money receipts to the various customers in hand to hand and through sending email.

Crime Analysis System
A crime analysis system is a system that basically analyses the various categories of crimes committed world-wide. However, in our project we have confined our idea to a particular ward. The system will allow the people to request for investigation reports as per the cases they have filed and they would be provided with necessary details regarding the same either through the internet or in black and white. It also allows the people to make F.I.R. request(s) against which they would be provided with F.I.R. number(s).
When a complain is launched from a particular area, it first verifies whether that area belongs to the ward concerned. If not, then it will display appropriate messages and quit, otherwise , a map of that ward will be displayed highlighting the area from where the complain was launched along with convenient means to reach there. It possesses information about the crimes committed pertaining to different cases filed and information about finger-prints; for a particular finger-print obtained from the crime site , the system will provide a mechanism where the criminal’s finger-print is kept beside the suspects’ finger-prints. It assumes that a finger-print analyst will compare them and judge whether a suspect is a criminal. Some of the information stored in the system will be stored on a web server as well , so that any person who can access the internet can launch complain(s) through the internet and can easily become aware of the information that he/she is longing for. Moreover, the management can also tag a criminal as “WANTED” and place it on the web server in order to make the common people aware of that criminal.

CD library automation system
This software should be capable of automating most of the processes in a CD library. This Software will run on any Computer having Windows. It will have a unique data entry system that will help the operator to feed the entire information like CD promo along with their video. There will be a number of printing modules that will help to print the member information or money receipts as when needed.
